Souly Graveside is a simple graveside service by where you can organise your own minister, priest, celebrant, family friend etc to speak and celebrate your loved ones life. Please choose a Cemetery of your choice within the Auckland region. A standard traditional casket is included (with the option of casket upgrade – see options below), dressing and setting of features but no viewing with this package.

Please note plot and interment are to be organised and paid for separately.

    If the person passes away at a Resthome, Hospice or at Home there will be an extra charge for doctor's fees, from $250. No charge at Auckland City Hospital, Middlemore, Northshore Hospital, and Waitakere Hospital.

Please note:

  1. This is a no service option however family and friends are able to be present for a time of remembrance. Embalming is not included only setting of features and dressing. This is a closed casket option with no viewing unless the viewing option below has been selected and the viewing would be at our premises prior to the graveside service. We allow up to 1 hour’s viewing for an additional charge of $500 including basic body preparation. We do not offer dressing by family with this option due to the body not being embalmed.
  2. Transfer of loved one to Graveside Service at cemetery. A Travel Fee of $150 may apply for transfers beyond 40 km travelling distance from our Pakuranga Funeral Home (E.g. Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Pukekohe, Waiuku)
  3. Plot and interment are to be organised and paid for separately at the cemetery of your choice within the Auckland Region.
  4. Weekend fees from $250 apply to Funeral Services
